PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
All products at "All That Glitterz" are digital products ONLY that are provided in compressed/zipped (.zip) files. You will NOT receive any physical products.
Purchased products can be downloaded directly from your account immediately after your payment has been processed with PayPal. Your download links are valid for 7 days with a maximum of 5 downloads per product. If you have any problems downloading your products, please email us.
If you receive a file that is damaged in any way, please contact us and we will be more than happy to give you a new download link for the product. You will ALWAYS receive the goods you purchase.
SHIPPING
As the products in the store are digital downloadable products, you will NOT receive any physical products and no shipping fee will be added to your order.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our online site, "All That Glitterz" have a STRICT NO RETURN policy for any products and all sales are final. If it appears there has been a problem with your order, or you have questions, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
DUPLICATE PURCHASES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they plan to buy have not been already bought because no exchange will be given. We recommend that you keep a track of your purchases, or, check into your history, if you have any doubt about a product, before purchasing it again.
DOWNLOADS / LINK RESETS
Your downloads are available for 7 days after your completed purchase with a maximum of 5 downloads per link. You must download your purchases within this time frame. Please be sure to download, unzip and check your purchases to be sure that they have been successfully transferred into your computer. It is your responsability to back up your files and we strongly encourage you to do it on an external hard drive or disk.
After 7 days, orders may be reseted upon request and with some fees. Simply use the Reset Links listing. Make sure you email use with the invoice number(s) of the downloads you want us to reset.
Please note that, if a designer or a product is no longer in our database, we will not be able to reset the link(s).
REFUNDS
As the products in the store are digital downloadable products, NO REFUND will be made, except for damaged product, or, for a file that is empty.
NO REFUND will be made if you change your mind or decide you don't want the product(s) anymore.
PAYPAL DISPUTE CASES / REVERSALS
When a dispute case is opened through PayPal, customer is automatically blocked temporarily from the store until the case is solved.
Paypal reversals will not be tolerated and constitute an internet fraud. Not only you will be banned from shopping at Dance In The Rain Scraps, but all the information obtained from these purchases will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
INCOMPATIBLE FILES
Our product listings state the file types included, we will not offer any refunds if you purchase something you cannot use. Please be sure to clearly read the descriptions before you purchase. Should you have any questions you can always email us and ask beforehand. We will do our best to help get you a file type that can work for you.
SALES / REDUCED PRICING
At any time, All That Glitterz may have items available on sale or at reduced prices. If you order that item previously or after the time the item is on sale, you will not be given that sale price. The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered with in the time frame it is on sale or the price is reduced.
